Membership FAQs

Can I share my membership?
Yes, on eligible tiers. Crown Indulgence and Club Majesty Elite allow adding one approved partner or family member through Shared Access for $25/month. Wellness Your Way is not eligible. Either person may redeem the main monthly service, but Shared Access does not create a second service.
Can I use my membership on weekends?
Yes. Membership benefits can be redeemed any day the spa is open for appointments, subject to availability — advance booking is recommended.
Can I cancel anytime?
Memberships have a three-month minimum term. After that, cancellation requires 30 days' written notice, and monthly billing continues through the notice period.
How do I book my monthly service?
Call or text (754) 223-2669 and let us know you're booking a membership redemption, so the correct benefit and service length are applied.
Can I gift a membership?
Memberships are individual and non-transferable unless a written benefit specifically permits guest use. Call or text us to ask about gifting options.
What memberships are available?
Wellness Your Way ($59/month), Crown Indulgence ($119/month), and Club Majesty Elite ($299/month), plus the optional Shared Access add-on.
Is there an enrollment fee?
A $30 initiation fee normally applies. It's waived for a limited time under our current Founding Member offer.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, a three-month minimum term applies to every membership.
Do unused services roll over?
Rollover varies by tier — Crown Indulgence, for example, allows one main service to roll over for up to 30 days. Unused benefits do not convert to cash.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Call or text us to move to a higher tier; new pricing and terms take effect from your next billing cycle.
Can I pause my membership?
Pauses or freezes are not automatically available and require management approval when an exception is permitted.
